Introduction
E-mail List Manager is a basic software tool with 2 applications (list_editor and Personalized Email Sender) for managing mailing lists (files in *.csv format) , files with contacts usually contain invalid addresses, duplicated, etc. And sending personalized emails (requires an SMTP account with or without TLS) .

Why to use E-mail List Manager?
- Is a simple application for managing a mailing list or several lists
- Uses as mailing list for personalized delivery any *csv file or tx file (you can create a csv file from your database, or your email client such as Outlook Express, etc. and creates a mailing list in seconds)
- Twenty or more fields that can be inserted inside email body or subject
- The price is very low compared with professional solutions with high cost.
List management tasks:
- Add two lists of email address, duplicated address are ignored.
- Subtracts two lists, example: subscribers - customers
- Intersects two lists, example who are customers and subscribers?
- Remove duplicated emails with different names inside a list
- Split a large list for massive delivery in several files
- Seed your email to monitor deliverability of your e-mail messages
- Filter a list to extract specific address of few domains and ignore to others; and creates a list of domains who exists in the list
- Clean emails, remove large address, empty lines, address without @, address who starts with # .
- Sort a list alphabetically by domain, by email address and sorts an entire line .
- Shows a smart graph with statistics of domains and percentage inside your list, you can export the graph , useful to know how much people uses hotmail, AOL, accounts of their ISP, etc.
- Sends personalized emails loading the csv file with subscribers, friends, etc. Can't be used for SPAM purposes because it sends one email each time, and requires an SMTP account, includes source code of RobotMail original from François PIETTE, at: http://www.rtfm.be/fpiette
Input files for E-mail List Manager
The software accepts txt files or csv files with an email address per line and other fields, here are shown two valid examples for input files:

Sending personalized emails
Export your contacts to csv, this mailing list will be created from an existing address book from any email client,etc. From any software able to export to csv, once that we have our distribution list or mailing list, this file is loaded, an SMTP account is configured, we write the body of the message, insert personalized fields in our email and with a click emails are sent.
The general idea is use an csv file with text of your contacts, and use it for sending personalized emails, look image:
Once we have our file csv, open it look at the below image (step 1: Open list) , then write the email and insert proper field identifiers [field::00],...[field::19], (Step 3: Write your email and insert fields of mailing list) these fields will be replaced by data of the mailing list in body or subject.Finally Step 4: click send emails. Emails will be sent one by one it could take a long time. This software isn't for sending SPAM.
Note: Before of clicking send emails your SMTP settings must be configured.
Before of clicking "Send Emails" you need to configure the SMTP account that will be used for sending emails, click Setup SMTP account, a new window will be shown.
From version 1.3 there are three accounts, select one.
After of doing your changes close it, your setting are ready for sending emails. You can click Send Emails (previously you have loaded your rcp file and edited text)
While email delivery is in progress, two log files are created:
- mailrob.log(contains the time of delivery of every email) and the total of emails used
- mailrob_errors_.log contains the initial time and the final time for delivery with a list of invalid address, use this list to remove invalid address of your maling list.
When email delivery is finished, you can save the list but email adresses who reported error will be deleted (save recipients only available for standar SMTP without TLS) .

As you see, Gmail works with Implicit and Explicit TLS
The default method used wordwide is Implicit TLS
You also need to write headers(reply to,your name), if you are not sure about TLS :Explicit or Implicit ask to your hosting provider or try both of them.
Using functions of Personalized Email Sender
E-mail admin List, provides a really intuitive interface for easy and convenient use.You need a csv or txt file with email address, supports files with several megabytes, but requires a powerfull processor if your list has 100 000 or more lines and the processing could take several minutes.
Functions of Add, substract intersection between two files with contacts
In the main interface select input files, click Open file 1 and Open file 2, select operation, finally click Process and save output, now wait a few of minutes or seconds and save the output.
Functions of filtering, cleaning of emails, etc.
Select one input filer, go to File => "Open list of emails", then click en Edit, and select the required task, it could take seconds or minutes, finally a dialog will be shown write the name of the output file and that is all.
Suggestion: To clean an input file first open Edit-> Remove invalid address, create an output file , open this same file, go again to edit and click remove duplicated address. Now your mailing list doesn't contains invalid addresses nor duplicaded emails.
Warning
Never use the same file name for output, because the input file will be overwriten.

Shareware limitations: The shareware version insert this watermark in every email:
"Created with Free version of Personalized Email Sender, register your Licence at www.cromosoft.com"
When you register it and insert your Licence this message will be removed and the file size limitation(10KB) will be removed. Once you have your licence go to About and insert you licence write your name and click "Register", restart the software the message Created with Free... will be gone.
For email delivery the maximum file size recommended for Personalized Email Sender is about 30MB/file with contacts.
