Ticket Cluster

Ticket Cluster 0.1b groups related documents into clusters, providing an overview of the document set. This is done without preconceptions about keywords — this Java software analyzes the text and identifies the structure that arises naturally.

Create Snippets from your text corpus (database, docs, txt, etc. ) => Create clusters => Analize results (tree view, dendogram).

Ticket Cluster can cluster thousands of documents(snippets in txt) on a desktop computer in few seconds. The software is under development and uses LINGO as the main engine, the software can be customized to your particular needs. Provides two leves of clustering.

After processing snippets Ticket Cluster shows a dendogram of existing clusters and creates a tree structure, you can open, and search for keywords in this view. Using Ticket Cluster you can confirm or discard your hypothesis. Applied to your helpdesk you could analize all support tickets, applications are limited only for your imagination.
